Hi,
You should immediately seek your obstetrician's advice and visit a specialist for a checkup as your symptoms are suggestive of laryngitis, and pneumonitis as well as some fluid collection in middle ear due to the infection. Since pregnancy leads to decreased immunity, extra care is needed. Meanwhile, try to gargle with warm saline water, drink luke warm water and take steam inhalations. You may take paracetamol for fever. Take care.
