Why Had Sudden Tingling In Throat With Large Swelling Under The Ear And Salivating More?

Hi, I am a 45yo woman of excellent health. I was just sitting having a yogurt and almonds after lunch and go a tingling in the left side of my throat and suddenly I have quite a large swelling just under my ear to the side of the corner of my jaw. It is quite sore. I have no swelling anywhere else and no sore throat. It is sort making me salivate more than usual. What do you think??
