General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to an allergy.
So, I suggest using antihistamine Cetirizine 10 mg per day.
I also recommend to drink a lot of liquids.
I also recommend using steroid nasal spray for local application.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
