Hi

You seem to have two issues .
One is regarding hair loss and the second is scalp pain .
Hair loss can be due to various reasons .
It could be seasonal, after done brief illness or due to any stress.
You need to take a biotin rich diet with nuts, carrots ,green leafy vegetables and pulses.
You can additionally take biotin supplements.
For scalp pain , some people benefit with calcium supplements.
I would advise you to see your dermatologist and discuss the same.
