Why Does One Have Difficulty In Sustaining An Erection?
Hi, Im a 27 year old guy and have been having trouble sustaining an erection when having sex with my girlfriend. It happened once And since then have had it on my mind every time we try to have sex. Is this what is causing the problem? If I masturbate I have no problem, it's only when I have sex.

Your present erection problem could be due to performance anxiety s a base and related further anxiety. Masturbation can never be a cause. I suggest sex counselling for you.
