Why Does My Spine Feel Like Collapsing?

Spine feels like it is collapsing in on itself causing me to stand very crooked. Right side of face feels inflamed. Mettalic taste in mouth. Bowel movements are farther apart than usual and smaller amount. Right side of stomach feels bloated along with right side of neck feeling inflamed or stiff. Also was just told by doctor that my creatine levels are high. Any thoughts on what could be wrong with me?
