Why Does My Son's Stomach Hurts After Eating?

22 year old son feels hungry but then when he eats, his stomach hurts and he feels sick and often vomits up whatever he eats. He is 6'2" and weighs only about 136 lbs. Eats not many fruits or vegetables. Takes no vitamins. Has low self esteem issues.

Respected User, hi I evaluated your query thoroughly.
*Related to Gastric upset due to variety of issues ranging from infection/PH
imbalance problems / any other underlying pathology needing evaluation.
*Avoid excess oily / spicy / nonveg / excess ghee / cheese / beverages.
*Avoid smoking / alcohol.
*Avoid stress/ anxiety.
*Regular exercise , stretch outs , YOGA.
*Have small amounts of food at intervals.
*Avoid prolong fasting / overeating.
*Fix timing of breakfast, lunch , dinner.
*Don`t allow to sleep for atleast 2 hours after lunch / dinner.
*have adequate sleep of 8 hours.
*Maintain his hydration with plenty of liquids - preferably boiled water,
coconut water, home made juices, butter milk etc.
*Maintain his weight chart.
*To improve digestion more green leafy vegetables, fruits (organic), cereals
pulses, legumes, curd help.
*Ayurvedic preparations of Triphla & ambla are also good for digestion.
*In our clinic we recommend Proton Pump Inhibitor molecules along with
Anti-emetics to be taken 1 hour prior to food.
*In case he may require physical examination, certain tests also if necessary
