Why Does My Penis Loose Erection So Fast?

Hi Dr.

I am 33 year old and married also. I am having the power of sex and i am able to satisfy my wife properly when i am hvaing sex. But i have one prob like my penis is not standing properly everytime. Sometimes it will stand and it will be hard max for 1 min not more then that. Once i will start inserting in my wife's vargina, it will become small and soft.

Would like to get some suggestion from you to over come this problem which i am facing now.

I can understand your concern about erection.
You has good erection that means there is nothing wrong with physical, so keep confidence about self.
Lack of erection or loosing erection during sex could be due to psychological cause.And once this occurs person always worry about erection during sex.
So you need to stop worrying about it, enjoy the intimacy rather than worry about erection or performance, try to increase sexual intimacy with the help of music, fragrance, different position for sex. make sure proper arousal of partner as liquidity in vagina is important. Good pleasant and secure atmosphere will also help.
