Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

It may be middle ear infection or neuropathic pain. Until examination is done it is a difficult to say what it is. Use water vapour inhalation thrice a day for five days. Use tablet Monterleukast and Levocetirizine once a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult with your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
