Why Does My Body Exhale Air When I Try To Move It?

Hi, I have no clue if this is normal but when I stand up and move my body side ways it makes me exhale, I can hear it when I move my body side ways and then release back to a normal stance. It also makes me feel like I am getting the wind knocked out of me but not in a serious way. And I m not sure if this matters but I am a 14 year old male.

hi welcome to healthcare magic. It is not abnormal to exhale little amount og air while turning this way and that way around. If this happens around very frequently and is the cause of breathlessness, it might be a concern. As you do not seem to have other symptoms, i suggest that you do not bother about it. Hope and clear. all the best
