Why Does My 9 Month Old Always Stick His Tongue Out?
9 month old who has her tongue out much of the time. She also folds it up, covering her upper lip all the way to the nose.
Is this cause for concern?
She was also slow to hold her head up, tends to be very quiet and doesn't seem to have much personality.

No.It is not a cause of concern.But look for other milestone as well.If they too are delayed then keeping tongue out+delayed milestone signifies some syndromes and illnesses like downs,hypothyroidism. If so then she needs further evaluation
