Why Does I Fee Like Verything Seems Fake ?

I feel as though I have no emotions sometimes. that everything seems fake. intence mood swings when I have emotions. often if I get angry because someone close to me is emotionally hurt by someone. I blackout and wonder around staring into space until I find the person that did it. I feel as though I have several personalities.

Hello,
Thanks for choosing health care magic for posting your query.
I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
Mostly it could be a manifestation of depression. This depression may lead to this irritability, mood swings and abnormal sensitivity. You need to take proper treatment for the same like taking fluoxetine or venlafaxine or bupropion etc.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
