Why Does Coffee Makes Me Feel Sleepy Having Low Heart Rate And Low BP And Taking Synthroid For RA?
I can not stay awake. Coffee makes me sleepy right after I consume it? after I eat a meal I want to sleep. I cannot lose weight. I exercise & run but don t get the runners high anymore just exhaustion? my heart rate is slow and my blood pressure is low. I have RA and take synthroid.

due to your physical problem in form of RA, u cannt run and walk much which could lead to excessive weight gain. To control weight gain, u can do dietary control. Add more fibre like salad, raw vegetables, fruits, etc in your diet that would help to control fat and extra calories.
