Why Does Child Suffer From Semi-solid Loose Motions?

Hello Doctor,
My son is 2 years old. After every meal he pass on motion for past 5 days. We gave him sporolac 3 times a day. It didn't stop. Motion is in the form of semi solid and sometimes watery 6 to 7 days. He is otherwise active and passing urine normally. Let me know how to handle this.
Thanks

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, although such symptoms could be normal one but it has to be ruled out for infection and for that condition can be managed on tentative basis with Metronidazole, second option just wait for some days because it could be self limiting one if the symptoms persist then it may requires stool testing and clinical examination hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
