Hi, I can understand your concern for the pimples and brown scar after using supatret along with Cephatil cleansing solution. Acne or pimples are youth related problem and is not a disease per say. You have not mentioned your age, sex and marital status. Supatret contains retinoids (Tretinoin Microsphere)for topical application form. It is quite usual to form mild brownish scab due to dryness of skin by Tretinoin. For retinoids, it can cause irritation if used on higher side. So I suggest you to apply in thinnest possible amount. If still there is formation of brownish scab is present then you can apply on alternate days. Apply it in nigh time rather than day time. Protect yourself form direct cold as it causes dryness and more flaknig. Take a proper guidance and follow up with a good dermatologist so that all the problem of acne can be dealt best for future time. Take care
