General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Feeling your legs and arms cold might be related to:
- anemia : get a full blood work
- thyroid/metabolic problems: get your thyroid function checked
- peripheral blood vessels problems : get echo doppler of blood vessels locally

If everything is ok, then, should consult with a neurologist to rule out neurological problems (compression or nerves roots or peripheral nerves). Diabetes testing is also necessary to run.

All the best!
