Hi, I am 24 yrs old and i feel choked when i sleep under a fan. i cant breathe very well and feels like something is stuck in my air pipe. also i can hear a wheezing sound when i breathe. This only happens when I sleep/sit under a fan. I feel absolutely fine when I am in an AC room. Please advice what is the exact problem and what could be the remedy. Regards
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.
Wheezing happens when the airways are tightened, blocked, or inflamed, making a person's breathing sound like whistling or squeaking. Common causes includeasthma or allergies. I suggest using antihistamines such as Cetirizine 10 mg to relieve the symptoms. If the symptoms continue, you may need steroids.
