Why Do I Have Swollen Pimples On My Back, Face And Legs?
I have three red and swollen pimples on my face, four on my back and one on my leg. They are like infected as they are very red and sore. It started yesterday and they itch a little but when itching, it is a little sore as well. I never had acne in my life. What can this be? Many thanks.

thanks for posting in HCM.
You appear to have folliculitis that is infection of hair follicles.
You can use a topical antibiotic cream like fusidic acid cream after cleaning the area with soap and water.
