Why Do I Have Swelling In My Lower Right Abdomen?

Last Friday night I consumed a heavy amount of alcoholic drinks and energy drinks. Since the morning after, I have experienced a feeling of swelling in my lower right abdomen. My doctor checked my vital signs and said I look ok (that was yesterday). However, the swelling feeling is still present - what is your advice or diagnosis?

You didn't mention your age,sex and quantity and duration of alcohol intake, so difficult to comment.
It can be enlarged liver due to excessive alcohol use for long duration.
It can be distended bowel loop.
It may be soft muscle tissue swelling.
If this swelling is found out recently(you never seen before) and not going away soon, causing pain and/or discomfort ,consult your doctor again for detail abdominal examination.
