I slept with a girl without protection. I have since been having crazy thoughts about STDs and stuff like that. I started with a stinging pain in one of my testicles and sometimes dull pains in my testicles. I have had one occasion where I had a urge to itch the tip of my penis. Sometimes I have a dull ache on the top of my penis also. However I have been feeling pains going along my inner thigh. I have always had on and off pains in my balls and lower abs im not sure if that helps. However I do not know if my mind is playing game with me and I am worrying too much. Because since my friend brought up the possibility of an STD this is what I think about everyday. I have had no discharge at all, no smell and certainly not pain whilst urinating What could this be?
