Why Do I Have Mild Chest Pain And Pain In Arm?

Hi there, I started with little right arm pain last night. Now I cant use arm even to get dressed. It has constant pain and no strength. Small chest pain start and stopping inchest. Like mild gas pain. I take medication for high blood pressure and anxiety. Reciently have heart palpitations just waiting for cardio followup. I have a dr appointment later today but am concerned.

Hi,
- your symptoms seem mostly due to right shoulder joint problem.consult an orthopedic ,get xray shoulder ( right) done, & take treatment prescribed by him,according to findings
- It is also advised to get your heart checked (for you have high blood pressure/palpitation)
