Why Do I Have Frequent Urination, Sweating, Chills, Back Pain And Breathlessness?

Hello I am ci m,y I have a question The passed few months I have been peeing a lot all day and even at night. Very thirsty too. On top of that , I have been sweating like crazy at night time my sheets and pillow is soaked. I am also sweating like crazy during anytime of the day. I also get chills here and there. Which I find strange as I am always cold no matter what. Been feeling sleepy and been having some slight pain in my chest and in between my shoulder blades in my back. When the pain is intense it is hard to breath I have to take short shallow breaths.

Frequent passing of urine , sweating , thirsty , feeling of chills all these symptoms may be due to .
1 Diabetes , get in blood examination for blood sugar level .
2 Anxiety is one more such symptoms as I have noted in many cases that at the time of anxiety ( tension ) , patient feels such type of symptoms .
3 Thyroid disorder develops such type of symptoms so get in blood examination for T S H , T3 T4 .
As you mentioned that you are having these symptoms from last few months so please get in blood sugar examination .
In my opinion consult a physician and get his opinion.
When excessive amount of water lost in sweating patient feels breathlessness due to dehydration so in your case dehydration may be the reason of breathlessness and chest pain.
Consult a primary care physician and get his opinion.
