Why Do I Have Cracks In Anus And Vagina With Burning And Itching Sensation?

My vagina has been burning and itching for a while now, and just today I found that I have bleeding cracks around my anus and at a small part of my vagina, closest to the anus. Im sixteen, my height is 5'9 and I am a virgin. Can you please tell me as soon as possible what could be causing this? Thankyou.

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it is the lesion around the anus that could be causing the pain and it is the infection that causes the referred pain and it is happening due to infection if the anus lesion are there, second it could be vaginitis it self may cause the vaginal pain and it could be due to infection and most of the time it is the fungal infection causes the pain, condition can be managed with oral medication and the best is Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five days, both the condition of infection of anus and vaginal needs to be taken better care, hope this information helps.
