Why Do I Have Burning Sensation When I Pee And Discharge?

So I have a burning sensation when i pee, discharge and when i flex my penis sometimes it hurts all this start to happen 2 days ago. The girl has only been with one guy and i have been with many females the last one before this girl was a female i had sex like 3 weeks ago.

Thanks for writing to HCM

You may be suffering from urinary tract infection(UTI).
You need proper clinical examination and investigations.
You need few more investigations like routine hemogram,Renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen. Further investigations can be done if needed..
At present you need proper antibiotics after culture and sensitivity report.
You also need clinical correlation.You should drink plenty of water.
