Hi,

Burning sensation and pain in hands and / or feet is a rare side effect of Valparin chrono. Do you have similar sensations in feet as well? Do you have diabetes or other neurological conditions? Please be sure of that. You may check your blood glucose level, vitamin B12 and Folate.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
