Why Do I Have Abdominal And Back Pain?

History of HPV treated it I'm 2mth.late w negative results upperpart of stomach swollen n bellybutton pain on left side.sometimes I feel as if my nerves on my stomach are twichting. Dr prescribed omeprotzole for any stomach condition I may have. I really don't wanna b pregnant n also I've been having back pain

Hi,

The abdominal pain you are having on the left side might be related to :

- pre-menstrual syndrome
- uro-genital infection
- gastritis/GERD

I suggest to wait until your periods will come and see if symptoms will improve. If not, should run further tests:
- urine analysis
- vaginal swab testing
- transvaginal/abdominal ultrasound

for further evaluation.

Eating healthy and consuming plenty of water is highly recommended.
