Why Do I Get Pain When I Pee?

Hi i have a pain in when i wee, i keep needing to go to the toilet and passing alot of gas, i know its not cititus because i have had its before and its nothing like that. It feels like period pains but im not on my period, im having trouble with aniexty & isuffer withe depression any ideas what it could be?

You have problem of pain at urination that may be because of urinary tract infection .
Do a urine test and microscopic examination with total blood cell count also.
After urine culture test start a antibiotics under doctor's suggestion .

Avoid spicy foods and alcohol drinking.
Drink more water to flush out a bacteria.
Urine alkalytic agent is helpful.
Eat fresh fruits like cranberry juice, papaya, orange...
Maintain proper hygiene.
Wear a loose cloth.
Consent a physician for further diagnosis.
