Why Do I Get A Vomiting Feeling And Indigestion After Eating Roti ?

i am 33 yr old unmarried girl, weight 45 kg, height 5.3, from past few days whenever i m trying to have food specially roti etc, i am not able to digest or have it, seems vomitting, rest i can eat anythng.kindly suggest

Hello Sara,
Sorry to learn you are having lack of appetite and nausea. The best way to get back your appetite is to avoid fried food and have plenty of vegetables like salad and fresh fruits for a short time. Once you feel well, get back to a balanced diet including plenty of fruit juices. Avoid Aspirin till you completely recover.

Hi Sara,
Welcome to HCM.
You are already underweight so you can have any other nutritious food instead of roti but if you still want to have it then you can make different varieties of it like methi parata etc you can even add a side dish which you like with it.Add cucmber along with it so that it will help digestion.
