Why Do I Feel Weak And Fatigued After Having Pneumonia?

Sometimes when I am at rest my heart races. And sometimes when i stand up i am dizz. I am 72 exercise regularly ,am in good health generally except right that I am getting over walking pneumonia. To do so I needed 2 rounds of antibiotic and one round of prednisone. The pneumonia is gone but I feel weak and fatigued. Very unlike me.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern and from the history given here I could say that because of the lung infection you might have developed the low hemoglobin and this might be the reason of your weakness and fatigue, take care in diet and no need to worry about this, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
