Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears that you have an allergy to some foods, peptic ulcer, amebic colitis, or irritable bowel syndrome.
I advise you to consult a gastroenterologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have gastroscopy, and M.R.I. for diagnosis. I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms omeprazole, domperidone, and antacid gel, ofloxacin, ornidazole.
Avoid taking spices, junk foods, and oily foods, and also avoid untimely foods.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
