hi this is dr. subhadeep.thanks for the opportunity to help you the condition which you have described is called secretion of precum which is a normal phenomenon of sexually active males.however you must observe whether you have premature ejaculation if so you should meet the urologist and follow his advise.the chances of it being very less. though you have not told your age i presume from your description that you are young and sometimes during ejaculation or secretion of precum there is a vague feeling of pain over the testes which goes off automatically but if this problem persists get an USG KUB and USG SCROTUM to rule out any renal calculi or any orchitis.both these conditions can lead to testicular pain. let me know if the consultation was beneficial.
