Why Do I Feel Like I'm Being Zapped By A

Why do I feel like i'm being zapped by a taser when I even slightly move my head? I have 29 diagnosis's according to my neurologist's records, test, studies, etc. one of them being fibromyalgia. All my muscles are tight and hard like steel rods in my back, neck, head, and most recent (considering diagnosis in 2009) my chest is like feeling all bones and the pain is overwhelming! I'm wondering if this will subside or should I go to ER? In my online search I came across something bout calcium deficiency and it's affects. About 2 months ago I stopped taking meds. prescribed for this issue due to hyper thyroid bloodwork recheck. I just restarted them last Thursday. There is sooooo much more but I think I need a team of specialists in a lab rat scenario to figure me out!
