hello and welcome to health care magic,

Your seem to have developed an infection with reflux
You need to take medications like a good antibiotic such as amox-clav and anti infallamatory medications. You can ask your doctor for the same

You must also start an antireflux medication like pantoprazole for the blood. Wait for a couple of days and if the problem persists then you must consult an ENT surgeon as soon as possible
regards
