Why Do I Feel Gastric Pain At Night?
Hi Dr I got my gastric since Tues last week. I ate a gastric liquid medicine but does not show and reduce. Then, went to a private clinic, gave me a Omeprazole Capsule 20 mg. but I still facing the pain everyday and night time esp around 3.30 in the morning, I can t sleep. What wrong with me actually?

In my opinion this could be due to gastric ulcer only. Continue same meds as prescribed by your doctor. Also follow timely diet. Avoid spicy foods. Which part of stomach you get pain either lower abdomen or mid region. Please rule out colic and appendicitis. Ultrasound of complete abdomen and endoscopy is recommended to rule out other possibilities.
