Why Do I Fall Asleep During The Day?
My husband has had a heart attack , quadruple bypass, pacemaker and defibrilator. He sleeps alot and can fall asleep during the day at the drop of a hat. He has little energy and his blood pressure and heart rate vary, going to highs and then lows for both. The doctors say they do not see fluid buildup. Any reasons for the sleeping during the day?

here knowing your husbands BMI will also help to come to conclusion .
Insomnia or lack of sleep during night hours , as wel as excess fatigue , tierdness can be the causes of sleeping during day time .
For BP , HR changes , we need to know details about present medications that he is taking . There may be a scope for drug dose adjustments or addition of new drugs .
