Why Do I Develop Rashes On My Face After Eating Any Flour Based Foods?

When I eat foods/ drinks especially coffee, dairy, any flour based foods, soy, actually just about anything except plain meat, fish and veg I get a tingling in my right nares, my chin and I develop a butterfly type rash to my face. I also very often will get pain in my right groin within minutes of putting something in my mouth. I have pain which seems to move around the body. I think I have lyme.

Hi,

It is not Lyme disease. It may be allergic disease called urticaria. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. After thorough examination and investigations m he might give proper treatment. Avoid the triggering food stuffs. Take antihistaminics like fexofenadine 180 mg daily for few months or till the good result. If needed,take oral steroids in tapering dose.
