Why Do I Constantly Smell Of Urine?

I am 30 weeks pregnant and having an issue of constantly smelling like pee. It is creating a bit of an issue with my husband who likes to make love early in the morning. I am quite pleasant right after a shower but not after a night of getting up frequently to pee. What can I do? Any recommendations

I read your question completely and have understood it well enough..
I being a surgeon, we encounter so many such cases..

I would like to tell you these things..

1. Foul smelling urine in pregnancy is not good..
Advise to get a urine routine and culture and see if there's urinary Tracy infection..
And most probably you'll test positive.

This may be detrimental to you and to the developing baby, and hence urgent diagnosis and treatment required.

I am not trying to scare you but as a doctor I am telling you nothing but facts..

2. In pregnancy, even asymptomatic bacteruria is treated.
And hence please do not neglect, do not wait.. Go ahead with urine testing and later we can treat your disease or if everything is fine then you can be tension free...
