Why did stomach pain after eating bananas? Why did it effect breathing?

after eating 2 nos bananas, suddenly my stomach started pain and also short of breathing then i went for a half an hour walk....but still there is a pain and little imoprovment in breathing condition. i m having history of acidity and gastric problem. i cannot eat heavy / too much junk foods or spicy foods. please help ...

hi.. thanks for your query... pain in stomach after eating is a sign of ulcers in the stomach.. usually it heals if u take pantoprazole tablet twice daily for 10 days then once daily fro next 20 days(taken half an hour before food)..along with ulcer healing agents like sucralfate syrup twice daily or bismuth subsalicylate (Pepto-Bismol) syrup..Alcohol, NSAIDs, caffeine, spicy foods, milk, and black pepper should be avoided.. n consume cabbage juice or aloe vera juice if possible.. ur gastric ulcer will heal.. but if they reappear then u must get investigated for h.pylori infection... hope this is helpful to u...
