Why Did My Neck Hurt When I Vomited?

Alright my health question is: Today at my school they had a blood drive and i had signed up but wasnt able to participate because my Iron was to low. So my actaul question is when i got home i went to go poop and the left side of my neck hurt. So my question is why does my neck hurt when i poop?

It is related to strain you are putting .You may have hurt your neck due to sudden movement and you have not noticed it that time. After that your straining causes load on muscles and this is why your neck is hurting. I would like to suggest you to take muscle relaxant like myoril for pain relief. Also you can apply diclofenec gel and warm water fomentation.
