If you have protein powder only, and no food , obviously you wil feel hungry.
Take a balanced diet , rich in proteins
, then there is no need of powder.
Food that we eat contains fibre, which adds bulk and gives a sense of satiety and sensation of stomach being full , therefore satisfying the hunger by sending signals to brain.
Protein powder will not do that. And also cause constipation
, as there is no fibre.
