Why Did I Feel Lightheaded, Foggy And Had A Warm Feeling?

Earlier today I got a warm feeling, lightheaded and a foggy feeling for a few seconds. I have never passed out or fainted in my life but felt as if I may pass out. There was no pain and the feeling passed quickly, but it gave me concern that it may happen again.

These happen due to many causes like anemia, hypertension, dehydration and commonly before or during fever episodes.
If symptoms persist, you need to consult a physician.
