Why Causes Loss Of Appetite And Bloated Stomach In An Infant?

My 15 month typically is a very good eater but for the last two days has not wanted more then a few bites of food each feeding, other than her 2-3 milk bottles/day. During a bath I noticed her belly very extended...indoubt that it would be gas since she has soiled at least 2 diapers in the last cpl hours...should her belly be a sign of concern?
