Why Blood Sample Is Taken To Detect Bone Tb And What Is The Purpose ?

I am having the severe pain in the left side of the back and no pain killer is effective. Doctor just for the precaution has asked to go for bone tb test. My blood sample is take for bone tb test. Why blood sample is taken ? what is the purpose of it ? please explain.

Elisa for tuberculosis means to study immunoglobin like IgA.IgG IgM etc.In tuberculosis ESR is also raised So certain blood test are mandatory to confirm & plan treatment & observe the side effect of drugs
