Why Are The Medicines Amixide-H And Topaz-25 Given For Headaches?

Dear Sir,
My wife (age-45) is having head ache (left side) and after scaning, doctors found a cyst at that area. They had prescribed a medicin called Amixide-H and Topaz-25. These medicines are for what and why .
