Why Are Omega 3 Fatty Acids And Axepta-10 Tablets Consumed ?

Good MOrning Sir, My3.8 yrs old son is a hyperactive victim and delayed Speech.Our doctor first suspected Autism , but ruled that out after CARS and CORNERS test. Our doctor prescribed omega 3 fatty acids and Axepta-10 Tabs. May i know the exact reason for this medication. Are they any side effect in the long/short run after using them? his physical growth is otherwise normal.

omega 3 fatty acid is a polyunsaturated fatty acid which is cardio protective and is very important in the development of various organs of the nervous system.Research shows that omega-3 fatty acids reduce inflammation and may help lower risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease, cancer, and arthritis. Omega-3 fatty acids are highly concentrated in the brain and appear to be important for cognitive (brain memory and performance) and behavioral function.

Axepta is used to treat Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
