Why Are My Ears, Neck And Temple Areas Hurting?

Hi i am feeling feverish the past two days, although now my temperature has returned to normal. But my head feels very heavy, my ears, my neck and my temple areas hurt and ache very much. What cn i do? I hve already taken antibiotics and flu medication.

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that no need to go for antibiotic because this is not the bacterial infection, in my opinion this condition can be treated alone with the symptomatic medicines and the best option is "Tab Acetaminophen with Ibuprofen three times in day" take care and have a nice day.
