Why Are My Buttocks Swollen And Tender?

Hello at the top of my buttocks it is very swollen and tender. It almost feels tight . There is a red and black line that starts at the Base of my spin and runs down through the top 1/4 of my buttocks. It is very painful around the top of my bum and the top part of the inner cheek (Esther side is hard to touch) Many thanks for your help
