Why Am I Not Able To Eat Food?

hi, i have one questin, i have trouble eating, and had it before as well, but before it was aresolt from a sever ptds frase were i weent to deep in the depression, now im not okey but i can do normal stuff. but now when ive gone 5½day whit out anny food (i drink 500ml whater and 2 cups of coffe a day) if it keeps on what shall i do, i cant eat, i dont want to eat-

Based on facts of your query,You seems to suffer from-
Depression with Anorexia.
You seem to have Anorexia nervosa with depression.
I would suggest you to check with Psychiatrist and treat the depression.
YOu should be on liquid diet during this period.
Tab Zincovit would recoup during this period of stress.
Antipsychotic drug like Tab Zoloft would help you to come out of this stress issues.
