i am having trouble swallowing and feel like my luymph nodes are a bit swollen. I get this sometimes and also feel a hard time breathing and have what seems to be phlegm caught deep in my chest-- no matter how much I clear my throat it doesn't help. My doctor is having me checked for celiac-- i need protien and have been eating lots of almonds and i seem to also get this way after eating oats-- is it possible i am allergic to either one??
