Why Am I Having Semen Like Fluid Discharge From Penis During Bowel Movement?

Recently i have noticed that while having bowel movements, a semen like fluid comes out from my penis. This happens 2 out of 5 times especially during a stressful bowel movement. I masturbate once a month and i am not on any medications.
Please advise if it is normal or not?

Hi. Nothing to worry with your history of just once a month masturbation.
The prostate gets congested with the fluid ( semen is prostate fluid). When you have a stressful bowel movement the prostate fluid is forced to come into urethra.
So do not worry. This looks to be normal for you.
Regular 2 to 3 times in a week masturbation will stop this , if you want to .
